It was an entertaining, laughter-filled evening at the South African BPO and Contact Centre Industry Awards hosted by the Contact Centre Management Group (CCMG) in collaboration with Business Process enabling South Africa (BPeSA). The glittering ceremony was held at the Ballroom, Montecasino, Johannesburg, South Africa on August 26, 2017.

The awards identifies and recognises the best of talent, performance and best practice within the contact centre sector in South Africa at both individual and team level. Guests were spoiled for entertainment and cuisine choice as knowledge leaders, contact centre executives and government representatives came together to publicly celebrate the success of the finalists and winners as well as the growth of the industry and its contribution to the South African economy.
